Our aim is to help our clients (learners) take ownership of their lives, be accountable 

for their actions and take full responsibility for their learning (or lack thereof).

• CHECK IN - Help client (learner) transition mentally, emotionally, and physically to the session by acknowledging and storing their negative and external thoughts and emotions.  
• ENGAGE - Present learning intention(s) aligned to competencies (own current reality, define the desired outcome, and set a goal) 
• PRACTICE - Activity that will serve as an informal assessment of the client’s (learner’s) abilities. We call this “safe trying" and sharing their thoughts, experiences, stories, and emotions without judgment. Which will create an opportunity for the mentor to provide the client (learner) with feedback, celebrate productivity, and demonstrate what it means to meet the client (learner) “where they are”. 
• REFLECTION - Exit ticket, closure, and transition back to life 
• CHALLENGE - Challenge to apply learning into their daily lives
